"This was my second immersion trip with Brenda (I've also participated in the Immersion Trip to Buenos Aires), and I loved it just as much as the last one! I thought the week was very well organized, with a great variety of group activities, as well as time to explore on our own or with other group members. Our morning classes always tied into that day's group activities, so we learned more about things like history, culture, food, and vocabulary ahead of time, then were better able to appreciate what we saw and learned through our tours. I enjoyed all the activities, but my favourite was our paella and sangria cooking class. The evening was full of laughter and amazing food! In all honesty though, what I enjoyed most about this trip were the people. The group was so open, friendly, and supportive. My confidence in speaking improved tremendously after speaking only in Spanish for a whole week. Who is this trip suitable for:



◘ Anyone Over 18 and under 80 (no minors allowed).
◘ Students with an intermediate level of Spanish.
◘ Anyone with a good fitness level who can walk/stand for 2-3 hours.
◘ Not for individuals needing frequent restroom access.
◘ Not suitable for those with physical limitations (wheelchairs, canes, etc.) due to cobblestone streets and limited sidewalk access.

When are we going?
Tour dates: 3rd to 11th May 2026
Are flights included?
As we have students from all around the world coming, flights are not included as it will be quite difficult to organize. You have to book your flight to meet us in Spain (Please arrive before 5pm on day 1 for welcome party).
Can I come with my partner?
Yes! We have included a couple of Twin Share tickets for couples, partners or students who would like to travel with another person and share a room.
What is the refund policy?
As we need to book your accommodation, tours and transportation in advance, this trip is non refundable, once you register you're in.
Is it capped?
Yes, we have a limited amount of spots available.
What level of Spanish do I need to have to participate?
As it is a Spanish immersion experience you need an intermediate level of Spanish (A2/B1), but it's not a requirement if you travel with someone who's a beginner.
Who's this trip not suitable for?
This trip may not be suitable for individuals who have no knowledge of Spanish (all lessons, tours and speaking activities are in Spanish). This trip is also not suitable for anyone under 18 or over 80, or individuals with limited mobility or who cannot walk or stand for 2-3 hours at a time. This trip is not ideal for individuals who are not comfortable in social settings, or those with incontinence issues due to the difficulty of finding restrooms outside of scheduled bathroom breaks. Additionally, those with any type of physical limitations as many streets in Barcelona are made of cobblestone and unfortunately are not suitable for individuals in wheelchairs or who require the assistance of canes.
I’m vegetarian/vegan is that a problem?
Not a problem at all! We'll accommodate your needs and make arrangements for the dinners included in the trip.
I’m Gluten Intolerant is that a problem?
While Barcelona does offer some gluten-free options, it's important to note that the variety can be limited, especially compared to other major cities. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs during the trip, but please note that not every restaurant may offer gourmet-level gluten-free dishes. We know how important this is, and we’ll support you as much as possible. Unfortunately, gluten-free awareness in Spain is still evolving.
